By downloading, installing, or using the KingdomConnect application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. KingdomConnect is operated by Lumena Productions LLC ("we", "us", "our").
KingdomConnect is a church community management platform designed to foster meaningful connections, collaboration, and communication among church members. All interactions on this platform should reflect values of love, respect, kindness, and community. Users are expected to communicate with good ethics, honesty, and integrity at all times.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant KingdomConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content within the App for its intended purpose. You are solely responsible for content you post.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post or share content that is:
Users who violate these standards will have their content removed and may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the App. All reports are reviewed by community moderators (team leaders and church administrators). We commit to acting on all reports within 24 hours by reviewing the content, removing objectionable material, and taking appropriate action against offending users, which may include account suspension or termination.
You may block any user at any time. Blocking a user will immediately remove their content from your feed and prevent them from contacting you. Blocks are also reported to church administrators for review.
We employ content moderation tools and community moderators to filter and review content for compliance with these terms. Church team leaders and administrators serve as moderators with the authority to review reports, remove content, and suspend users who violate community standards.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed and your posts will be anonymized.
As a platform serving church communities, we hold all users to a high standard of ethical communication. This includes:
KingdomConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content. Churches and organizations using KingdomConnect are responsible for their own community management and pastoral care.

We collect information you provide when creating an account: name, email address, phone number (optional), profile photo (optional), and church/organization affiliation. We also collect content you create (posts, comments, messages) and usage data to improve the App.
Your information is used to provide and improve the App, facilitate communication within your church community, send notifications you have opted into, and ensure community safety through content moderation.
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only with your church organization's administrators as needed for community management. We may share data with service providers who help operate the App (hosting, email delivery, push notifications).
You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed. Posts and comments are anonymized (attributed to "Deleted User"). We retain anonymized data for operational purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile information within the App or request data deletion by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
